Back to square one… Jo-Jo effect

During the pandemic in 2020 everyone was gaining weight… Due to restrictions, staying at home, stress eating, being bored…

I stand up for myself and start a healthy path. No sugar, low carb, intermittent fasting, a lot of walking, basically all the best things you can do I have been doing.

During 2020 I have lost a lot, around 25kg which is almost 4 stones. Process wasn’t very easy but not difficult as well.

Only by eating healthy I’ve lost all the weight. Never been hungry and always happy.

Sound good, isn’t it?

Yes, it’s not too good to be true but felling out of the diet was unexpected and brutal.

I have been going through some stress and got one or two things I shouldn’t and here I am again. After another year I am in square one.

Today is the day I’m coming back. I’m going back to fight the battle and win it for myself. My health is way more important that eating another donut.

I’ll be sharing my process with you all. My sister is getting married soon, this is one of the reasons I want to be healthy and slimmer as well.

Today, I have started with zucchini noodles with sausage and cheesy sauce.

Let’s the journey begins.
